Asma Bilqees is a HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) registered physiotherapist who has been working as a musculoskeletal physio for over a decade. She’s dedicated to providing her best care to her patients to help them alleviate their pain, ease symptoms, and improve their quality of life.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST APPOINMENT?

At your first Physiotherapy appointment, a comprehensive assessment will be done, which helps to diagnose the condition. After the diagnosis has been made, an appropriate treatment plan will be formed.

During the session, you’re encouraged to ask any questions.

Following your assessment, you may experience some soreness due to the tests performed during your examination. The discomfort is temporary and usually resolves within 24-48 hours.

FOLLOWING ASSESSMENT

Your physiotherapist will diagnose your condition and schedule follow-up appointments if necessary.  In your follow-up appointments, treatment will be provided to alleviate your symptoms.
